A life-long Washingtonian, Warren is a founding member of Oliveri & Tammadge. His practice is devoted to commercial real estate, including the purchase and sale of commercial office buildings and shopping centers, lending documentation regarding those properties, as well as all aspects of office, industrial and retail leasing, both from a landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.
He lectures extensively to the commercial real estate community as well as to other lawyers through continuing legal education courses. As the President of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Bureau in Maryland since 1996, Warren has proven his commitment to ensuring the delivery of civil legal services to low-income members of our community. He received both his undergraduate and law school degrees from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Katy Tammadge is a founding member and has been practicing law since 1992. In that time she has developed specialties in business and real estate transactions. Katy has extensive experience in the leasing, acquisition, financing, and disposition of commercial real property, as well as with the formation, purchase, and sale of businesses.
Katy was born in Washington D.C. but spent much of her childhood in New York. She received her Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from the State University of New York at Albany (1987). In 1988, she returned to D.C. to attend law school at Georgetown University (J.D., 1991, cum laude) and has lived here ever since with her husband, Jim. Katy is the author of “Women Associates Advancement to Partner Status in Private Law Firms,” published in Georgetown’s Journal of Legal Ethics in 1990. Katy is an ardent traveler, who enjoys riding motorcycles, scuba diving, and practicing yoga and tai chi.
